Meet Your Guide

Greetings & Welcome !
Its a pleasure to have you here.
I'm Tahirat Nasiru, a licensed clinical social worker and neurodivergence coach. And over the years, I've had the privilege of sitting with, listening to, and learning from hundreds of neurodivergent individuals—in my therapy practice, in interviews, and in the communities I've been welcomed into.
Every visual you see on this site. Every metaphor we use. Every explanation of how an AuDHD mind works.
It all comes from them.
My Role: Translator, Not Spokesperson
My job isn't to speak for the neurodivergent community. My job is to listen deeply, then translate what I hear into resources that help:
Diagnosed individuals feel seen by explanations that actually match their experience
Friends and family finally understand what's happening inside
The visuals and metaphors you'll find at Tnaz Learning aren't my inventions. They're distillations of thousands of conversations—patterns I've noticed, language people use to describe their own minds, and the explanations that made light bulbs go on for the people who love them.
Why This Matters
When understanding comes from the inside out—when it's shaped by the people who actually live it—something shifts.
The fish stops being asked to climb trees.
The sprinter stops being compared to marathon runners.
The iPhone stops trying to follow Android manuals.
Instead, we start from a better question: How does this mind actually work?
My Commitment to You
I will always be clear about my role. I'm a bridge, a translator, a guide. The wisdom lives in the community. My job is to help you hear it.
